I MEMBERSHIP
- Each Club should have a 10% NET INCREASE IN MEMBERSHIP, 90% RETENTION RATE from July 1, 2008 SAR, 90% WEEKLY ATTENDANCE RATING and a MINIMUM OF 25 MEMBERS. (Suggested Goal: One (1) new member every quarter)
- 10% or more of club members, other than the President, to bring in new members by March 31, 2009.
II CLUB ADMINISTRATION
- 100% ATTENDANCE in all District Affairs.
- Each Club to enroll ONE (1) NEW LIIFETIME SUBSCRIBER TO PRM.
- 100% of club members subscription to PRM or The Rotarian
- Prompt payment of SAR and PRM or The Rotarian
- Prompt submission of reports to AG’s (not later than every 5th of the month) and AG’s submission to the district office (not later than every 10th of the month).
III CONTRIBUTION TO TRF
- Help achieve the District’s Annual Contribution Goal of US$ 150,000.00 to The Rotary Foundation by April 15, 2009.
- 50% of Club Presidents to become Paul Harris Fellows by September 30, 2008 and the other 50% by December 2008.
- One (1) Paul Harris Fellow, (other than the President), or its equivalent in Sustaining Members per club.
- Each Club to submit qualified candidates to Group Study Exchange’s Team and Youth Study Exchange and other programs of The Rotary Foundation.
IV SERVICE PROJECTS
- Each Club to conduct Community Needs Assessment and establish new service projects related to Pres. D.K.Lee’s focus: Health and Hunger, Water and Literacy that will help decrease CHILD MORTALITY.
- At least one (1) Matching Grant or World Community Service per Club or Cluster that addresses RI President’s aim at reducing CHILD MORTALITY.
- Each Club to initiate the “Adopt-a-School-Program”.
- Each Club to conduct joint community service projects with their Rotary Community Corps, Rotaract and Interact Clubs.
- Each Club to send delegates to the RCC and RYLA seminars.
- Each Club to organize a livelihood training program during the vocational month and to have at least one member provide internship in his or her place of business for 10 high school or college students.
V PUBLIC RELATIONS
- Share Rotary with the general public by placing public service announcements via billboards, print publications and radio or TV programs.
VI INTERNATIONAL SERVICE
- 100 Rotarians to attend the RI Convention in Birmingham, England.
- 100 Rotarians to attend the RI Zone Institute in Taipei, Taiwan.
